A couple of years ago Michael Horton wrote Christless Christianity. I enjoyed the book and was convicted. Horton’s jeremiad tone is fitting and timely. If you haven’t read this book I highly recommend it (Amazon link). I have given countless copies away. It is perfect to give those in the church growth movement or liberals or legalistic evangelicals or whomever is in the pool of American Churchianity.
Horton gives you a taste of things here in this video.
