Andy Naselli has posted a free copy of D.A. Carson’s chapter on “The Trials of Biblical Studies,” from the new book I linked to yesterday, The Trials of Theology.
Here are the main areas Carson covers:
- Four forms of integration
- Polar temptations regarding work
- Five facets of pride
- Pressures to manipulate Scripture
- Three priorities
Read Andy’s post for a more complete outline.
