The first draft of the program for this year’s annual ETS gathering, November 17-19 in Atlanta, is now available.
For those unfamiliar with this organization, the Evangelical Theological Society is a body of several thousand Christian thinkers, primarily professors but also pastors, students and others, who are “devoted to the inerrancy and inspiration of the Scriptures and the gospel of Jesus Christ” (here). ETS gathers each November for a conference, produces the periodical Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society (JETS), and provides a platform for networking, scholarly development in an evangelical context, and mutual sharpening.
The topic this year is “Justification by Faith.” Plenary speakers are Tom Schreiner, Frank Thielman, and N. T. Wright. Registration details here.
