Content Summary
Session 1 (August 26)
Surveying the Change with Mark Vroegop

Leading change will be necessary to refocus mission and renew faithfulness to the work God has called your congregation to. But what change is needed, how it will occur, and when it should come all require wisdom. In this session, we will explore how to answer those questions.

Session 2 (September 2)
Theories of Change with Charles Smith

The Bible is full of change – from people, to groups, to nations. The gospel is all about change, but do we really understand the nature and contours of change? We’ll explore the theories of organizational change, and how to lead with faithfulness.

Session 3 (September 9)
Culture of Change with Matthew Hall

Change requires creating a new culture. Why is culture so important and how do we create new cultures? This session not only explains what culture is, but also the means by which leaders are able to shape it.

Session 4 (September 16)
Strategies of Change with Charles Smith

Change takes place over time with thousands of decisions. It requires instinct but also a strategy. What are the specific steps in bringing about change to a Christian organization? We’ll explore the methodology behind the leading change.

Session 5 (September 23)
Steadfastness in Change with Andy Davis

Change is a long road. Seeing it to the end requires leaders to trust the Lord with the vision he has called them to. In this session, we consider how to remain committed throughout the long process of change.

Session 6 (September 30)
Surviving the Change with Brian Croft

Change often brings internal opposition, unexpected roadblocks, spiritual attack, and more. We must be prepared for the difficulty. In this session, we will offer practical guidelines for enduring when change breeds difficulty.
