He now serves as the Lead Pastor Coach of Christ Community Church in Kansas City after more than 30 years as Lead Senior Pastor. A Council member for The Gospel Coalition, Tom is the author of several books, including Why Your Work Matters, The Economics of Neighborly Love, and The Flourishing Pastor.
