The Role
The Men’s Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church plays a vital role in cultivating a thriving, gospel-centered community for men. This leader will shape and guide a ministry that is deeply relational, rooted in Scripture, and focused on intentional discipleship—helping men grow in their faith, leadership, and everyday walk with Christ.
In close partnership with the broader Adult Ministry team, the Men’s Pastor will create environments that speak meaningfully to the real challenges men face today, while equipping them to pursue Christ wholeheartedly and invest in others. This is an opportunity to build a ministry that is both spiritually formative and deeply connected, aligning with the overall mission and vision of Crossroads Bible Church.
