•Shepherd and oversee corporate worship gatherings, cultivating services that are theologically rich, spiritually formative, and deeply engaging.
•Develop and lead family ministry environments that equip parents as primary disciplers and form children and students in the way of Jesus.
•Build and lead teams that embody our values of sincerity, generosity, and loyalty.
•Integrate worship and family discipleship into the broader mission of making mature disciples who make disciples.
The Associate Pastor of Gathered Worship + Family Ministry will lead Bay Cities Fellowship in shaping a Christ-centered, theologically grounded, missionally engaging Sunday experience and will lead family ministry throughout the week by aligning kids ministry, student ministry, college and young adult ministry, volunteer teams, and outreach with the broader vision of the church. This pastor helps move people from first contact to deeper belonging by creating a clear worship-and-family environment that is spiritually warm, well-led, and oriented toward disciple-making.
