The most important thing in any pastoral role is godly character and work ethic. We look to God to continue that tradition of excellence (piety) here at Valley Springs.
The breakdown on the job description (CLICK) is three broad areas (prophetic, kingly, priestly), about 50/30/20 percent, respectively. The preaching role is between 10 and 15 times per year. The NextGen leadership (birth through young adult) role is the largest responsibility. This is a strong second chair role with NextGen responsibility and a path to Associate for the right candidate.
Salary Range: $85K to $115K
