PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Champions the OHC Family value and casts vision for investing in the next generation through active discipleship and equipping.
• Works closely with ministry team to develop programming that helps high school and middle school students.
• Recruits and trains volunteers for high school and middle school ministry. Ensures all volunteer screening is completed in a timely manner prior to scheduling volunteers.
• Coordinates and facilitates weekly services such as volunteer assignments, worship, dinner, facility/room set-up, etc.
• Teaches at student gatherings. Supports and coaches other guest teachers.
• Builds relationships with parents and families, supporting and equipping them to be primary disciplers of their children.
• Plans, organizes, and leads student camps, retreats, and other programs.
• Partners with OHC’s Local and Global Outreach Ministry in serve projects.
• Attends and participates in departmental and staff meetings as required. Provides positive collaboration and serves as a strong team builder in support of all ministry events.
• Collects and maintain new person information cards and responds to database connections and communications.
• Participates in the annual budget preparation to ensure adequate funds for the assigned area. Monitors and approves expenditures; directs and implements budgetary adjustments as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
