Andrew Kelley

Andrew Kelley (PhD, University of Edinburgh) is a pastor at Hope Chapel in Hermosa Beach, California, and an adjunct professor at Biola University. He is the author of Thaumaturgic Prowess: Autonomous and Dependent Miracle-Working in Mark’s Gospel and the Second Temple Period. He and his wife, Stephenie, live with their four children in Gardena, California.
