Job Overview

Mission Support Role: Supports Truth For Life’s Gospel outreach by managing reliable, secure IT systems and infrastructure
Infrastructure Leadership: Oversees on-prem and cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and scalability
End-User Technology Support: Provides Mac, PC, and device support including deployment, troubleshooting, and training
Security & Collaboration Focus: Strengthens cybersecurity posture while partnering across IT, vendors, and internal teams

Job Description

Systems Administration: Manages servers, networks, backups, patching, monitoring, and core infrastructure operations
Device Management: Implements and maintains Mac and PC deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management systems
Project & Vendor Coordination: Leads IT projects, timelines, licensing, procurement, and vendor relationships
Security & User Enablement: Handles incident response, PCI compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and staff training
